Responsible action requires attitude and thrives on continuity. For this, we have a set of values that we want to live by as a subsidiary of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. We have a social responsibility and take it very seriously - especially through our demand for compliance-compliant behavior in our daily business. Our Code of Conduct gives us orientation and a binding framework - both for dealing with each other and with business partners, customers, suppliers and other third parties. The Code of Conduct is binding for all ProSiebenSat.1 Group employees worldwide. The Executive Board, management and executives are responsible for actively exemplifying the Code of Conduct and setting a good example. Our whistleblower system guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and those affected. Our employees and external whistleblowers can turn to several contact points if they suspect possible legal violations and wish to report them.
